Sentencing for attempted murder in Emmanuel Nzambi case
A Dauphin County judge this morning sentenced Emmanuel Nzambi, 41, to 20 to 40 years in state prison for shooting and wounding a Lower Paxton Township neighbor without provocation in July 2007.
