The mother and stepfather of 19-year-old Andre Parker Jr. had a simple message for the two men convicted of killing their son.
"I forgive them but it's hard," said Parker's mother, Tara East as she stood in a Dauphin County courtroom on Friday morning.

A Harrisburg man who was 17 when he participated in an ambush robbery/slaying has failed to convince a state appeals court panel to void his second-degree murder conviction.
Despite Nasheem Greenslade's arguments to the contrary, there was ample evidence to show he participated in the January 2016 murder of 19-year-old Andre Parker Jr., the Superior Court judges found.
