Substantial Trial Experience

For over 31 years, Fran Chardo has prosecuted cases in the courtrooms of Dauphin County.  From murder and rape cases to public corruption, he has personally tried over 140 cases before juries. He is able to connect with juries and advocate on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the people who have been victimized by crimes. He leads a team of 31 prosecutors who handle over 6000 felony and misdemeanor cases before the court of common pleas each year. Fran has earned a reputation as a tireless prosecutor who always seeks justice.
