Substantial Trial Experience
For over 24 years, Fran Chardo has prosecuted cases in the courtrooms of Dauphin County. From murder and rape cases to public corruption, he has personally tried overy 135 cases before juries. He is able to connect with juries and advocate on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the people who have been victimized by crimes. He leads a team of 30 prosecutors who handle over 7500 felony and misdemeanor cases before the court of common pleas each year. Fran has earned a reputation as a tireless prosecutor who always seek justice.
